      We provide comprehensive eye care, including routine eye exams, contact lens services, specialty contact lens fitting, optomap retinal exams, myopia control, prescription eyewear, diagnosis and management of medical eye conditions, and surgical co-management.

      Please bring any current glasses, contact lenses, information on any eye drops or other eye treatments you use, and your insurance information. We ask all patients to fill out our easy online patient forms before their appointment, or arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete forms in our office.
